Message: I bank with Wells Fargo currently, however, my experience with the manager of this bank while trying to get a hold off of a check that I desperately needed to go through. Not once did I reach the branch location of the Wells Fargo I was attempting to call (mind you the two banks are a stones throw away) but when I first called Pinnacle I was given the manger's personal office number right away and treated as well as if I was a customer of theirs. He made me feel better about my situation which was an instant fix on his behalf. Took him maybe ten minutes to sort it out and call me right back. On the other hand I was passed from complaint line to an actual escalated complaint line (didn't know that existed) and put on hold numerous times as they talked to a "team" and just generally treated like an account number and not a person struggling to keep my bills payed with my shifts cut in half. If you read this please note that being able to contact the people that handle your money is more important than having a bank on every corner. I'll be switching banks as soon as I possibly can.
